Das kann man auch so sehen, dass bei einer eindeutigen Sachlage eben keine Notwendigkeit besteht hier Gesetze zu verschaerfen. Die momentanten Bestimmungen wuerden ausreichen. Dementsprechend wird die Aktion von anonymus von einigen deutschen Zeitungen auch als "Eigentor" betrachtet.
Klar den Unterhaltungsmedien geht die Muffe und sie sind selber schuld. Letztendlich weil sie satt verwoehnt und ideenlos sind. Kimbl hat ihnen demonstriert wie man in dem Bereich Geld verdienen kann. Es haette lediglich legal sein muessen.
Man muss auch klar untscheiden was nun gegen geltendes (Urheber)recht verstoesst oder gegen das private Rechtsverstaendnis. Letzteres ist belanglos.
Von mir aus koennte man das Urheberrecht teilweise auch ganz abschaffen. Fuer physikalische oder mathematische geistige Arbeiten wird auch kein Geld verlangt. Der Markt waere dann gefordert sich neue Loesungen zu suchen. Ohne den Staat als Geldeintreiber. Das wird aber so schnell nicht geschehen.
Die GEZ und GEMA sehe ich sehr wohl als Vorreiter dieser ganzen Entwicklung.
Und die Informationssteuer zeigt was denn der eigentliche Sinn dahinter ist.

Der eigentliche Sinn bei solchen Gesetzen ist immer der gleiche: Geld verdienen.

I don't know what happened to our anonymous piece Tristan was going to
write, but I still think a look is valuable. They don't just have to
do denial of service attacks, but release of personal information -
such as what they did against Sony Playstation and now these douche
bags. What would happen if they could hack into an email account of a
public figure and find connections to El Chapo? What if they found
bank accounts shared by public officials and cartel members? What if
websites they targeted had names and addresses of officials in any
country linked to child porno rings? I just think that we need to
look at what Anonymous could do to change their MO, and become more
effective than just shutting down websites.

Anonymous Hacks Lolita City Alleged Porn Ring

The "hacktivist" group Anonymous has uncovered what it says was a
massive child pornography ring, according to the Examiner.

The hackers targeted several websites, including "Lolita City," which
the Guardian says included 1,589 users.

The attack was part of Anonymous' "Operation Darknet." The Guardian
explains that "Darknet websites are part of the Invisible Web,
sometimes called the Deep Web, containing content that is not part of
the Surface Web, which is indexed by standard search engines."

Your point is that Anonymous hasn't mattered? Is your argument that
hackers haven't mattered either? because if Anonymous is a mob of hackers
as you argue, how haven't they mattered to their targets? what about all
the money spent fighting them? and as Tristan just pointed out - how
about HBGary Federal? He said the CEO's SSN and address were posted on
Twitter. What about all the sensitive emails that were lost? We have no
way of knowing what was in those emails, or how they are being used to
make money at the expense of HBGary. I have always agreed that they
haven't reached a level of threat to the US, but that surely doesn't mean
they won't. And there are quite a few countries, organizations, and
people below that rather high standard who could not withstand an attack,
including an email purge of personal emails onto the web.
